At Babies & Beyond, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, baby care items, grooming kits, innerwear, and opened packages are non-returnable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used baby care products (shampoo, lotion, wipes, oil)
  • Innerwear and undergarments
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the case

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability)
  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
